General Information

• Players are required to pay a once per year registration fee of $30 prior to their first event.
• In families that have more than one player, a membership fee of $50 covers all players of that family.
• All regular 1-day events are unlimited entries, except Red Hawk Run and Findlay Country Club.
• At each event, the tournament cost is $14.00 for nine holes and $16.00 for all 18 holes. This includes a hot dog and a drink at the turn or after their round.
• For the Findlay Country Club Championship, the same fees apply and the banquet dinner for each invitee is complimentary.

Red Hawk Run and Findlay Country Club Rules and Regulations

Red Hawk Run will be limited to 120 FAGA member golfers. You MUST be a member to participate in this tournament. This is the only tournament that does NOT have a boys 10-11 and a girls 10-13 year old division. To ensure your spot at Red Hawk Run, you must sign up early with the tournament desk at prior tournaments or email us. The deadline to sign up for Red Hawk is JUNE 6! YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP PRIOR TO JUNE 6 EITHER BY EMAIL OR AT A PRIOR FAGA TOURNAMENT.  If you sign up for this event and do not show up, you are still responsible to pay your entry due to the fact that you have taken a spot away from another player.

For the Findlay Country Club, this is an invitation only tournament followed by an awards banquet. All players that are invited will get an invitation at Fostoria CC or Wayside so we recommend you go to those tournaments to receive your invitation. If you do not RSVP, we will replace you with another eligible golfer. To qualify for an invitation, there is criteria that needs to be met in order to be invited to the Findlay Country Club.

1. What we look at first and most importantly is the attendance of the participant.

2. Finishing the tournaments with multiple trophies and almost perfect attendance.

3. Those who won at least 1 trophy, while playing in at least 4 tournaments.

4. Special invitation by the FAGA Directors when someone has shown exceptional play in events outside the FAGA and has played in a majority of the FAGA events.

**The FAGA director has the right to change, modify, or amend the criteria at any time.

Once you have received an invite to the Findlay Country Club, you will be given an invite and asked to return the invite to an address that is at the bottom of this form. We ask that you send in the greens fees and the banquet money for the extra guests along with that form. Again, for 9 holes it is $14 and for 18 holes it is $16. For extra guests attending the banquet it is a $20 per person fee for the banquet. If we do not receive the RSVP prior to the event, at the night of the banquet, it will be a $25 fee at the door. We ask that you arrive to the banquet through the front main doors of the FCC.
